We want our customers to have the best experience possible whilst shopping with us so we have set up a cut off time so that we can get all the orders for that particular day ready and prepared to be posted the same day. On the initial homepage we have noted that the cut off time for same day posting is 3pm but orders up until 4pm(not guaranteed) will be sent out the same day to the customers.

If for whatever reason you need guaranteed delivery, for instance for a upcoming birthday or holiday, please call email us and we can arrange a delivery method that will be suitable for you if there is one.

Our primary method of posting is through Royal mail, so delivery time can not be guaranteed in any instance other than special delivery items. We always endeavour to get our goods to our customers as fast as possible, but can not be held responsible delays in the postal service for your items.
